Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Policy

Our 100% Money Back Guarantee is valid for 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused in it's original unopened package. 

Products exempt from our Return Policy

Gift cards, downloadable software products, cut fabric and books. Free motion templates and ruler feet are not individually packaged and therefore do not qualify for our 30 Day money back guarantee. All templates and feet are final sale unless they are subject to a manufacturer's defect in which case our 30 day money back guarantee still applies. Ruler Feet can be exchanged for up to 30 days if you accidentally purchase the wrong size for your machine.

Damaged Product

If any of your items arrive broken, please take a photo of the item and the packaging and send it to 

We will file a claim with the courier and ship you a replacement item. Please do not send the broken item back to us unless requested.

Refund Process

1. Contact us to notify us of the return using the Contact Us form here on our website.

2. Ship your item to:

3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 48hrs (your bank, credit card or Paypal may have additional processing times).

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are always Final Sale.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

*** NOTE *** Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Delivered/Not Received

Sparrow Quilt Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels after delivery in the rare case that your parcel's tracking number shows that it is delivered but you have not received it. If you did not receive a delivered item, please contact the Carrier so they can follow up with an investigation and file a claim when required.  We recommend choosing a secure location for your delivery address. In addition, since we do not offer signature-required deliveries, delivery instructions to require signature cannot be honoured.
